Assumption of Risk: Travel involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, weather conditions, equipment failure, and the actions of third parties. You understand and voluntarily assume these risks.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself and your belongings before the commencement of any Trip. Insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and trip cancellation or interruption.

Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically and physically fit for the Trip. We reserve the right to deny participation to any traveler who we believe is unfit for the Trip due to health reasons.

Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passports & Pals Retreats shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your booking or participation in a Trip.

Photographs and Videos: We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any Trip and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a Trip with us, you grant us permission to use your likeness in such materials.

Changes and Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any Trip itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will strive to provide alternative arrangements or a refund, but we accept no liability for any such changes or cancellations.

Participant Conduct: You agree to abide by the authority of the Trip leader or guide. We reserve the right to remove you from the Trip if your behavior is deemed hazardous to yourself or others, or if it compromises the enjoyment of the Trip by others.

Accuracy of Information: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Trip descriptions or itineraries.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Welcome to Passports and Pals Retreats, where we curate empowering, adventurous, and inspiring group travel experiences for women. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
• Passports and Pals Retreats are exclusively for women aged 25-45 unless otherwise specified for a particular retreat.
• Participants must hold a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining from the retreat’s start date.
2. Booking and Payments
• A deposit is required to secure your spot
• Deposits are non-refundable unless specified under the cancellation policy below.
• Payment plans may be available for select retreats; details will be provided during booking.
3. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
• All participants are required to purchase travel insurance, which must include medical coverage, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation.
• Proof of travel insurance must be submitted 10 days before the retreat start date.
• Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in forfeiture of your booking without refund.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Participant Cancellations:
• Cancellations made before the retreat will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
• Company Cancellations:
• In the unlikely event that Passports and Pals Retreats must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another retreat.
• We are not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as flights, accommodations, or travel insurance premiums.
5. Health and Safety
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to join the retreat’s activities.
• Passports and Pals Retreats reserves the right to deny participation in activities if safety is a concern.
• Participants are encouraged to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies during the registration process.
6. Liability
• Passports and Pals Retreats acts as a facilitator for transportation, accommodations, and other services. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the retreat caused by third-party providers.
• Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of travel, including but not limited to injury, illness, or unforeseen events.
7. Travel Documents and Requirements
• Participants are responsible for securing necessary visas, vaccinations, and other travel requirements.
• Passports and Pals Retreats will provide guidance where possible but is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to missing or incorrect documentation.
8. Code of Conduct
• Passports and Pals Retreats strives to foster a positive, supportive environment for all participants.
• Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
9. Photography and Media Release
• By attending a Passports and Pals Retreat, participants agree to allow the use of photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes unless they provide a written request to opt out.
10. Force Majeure
• Passports and Pals Retreats is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refund policies may vary.
11. Changes to Itinerary
• Passports and Pals Retreats reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or other considerations.
• Any significant changes will be communicated promptly to participants.
12. Agreement to Terms
• By booking a retreat with Passports and Pals Retreats, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
